Greetings, Hive friends! I hope you're all well. Your friend @daniel2001 is here with a new post. I'm back after almost a week of inactivity, haha. Well, today I want to share these photos of some very pretty wisteria and other flowers I saw in Leganés, as well as some updates and a way to unwind while writing. I hope you like it...
Well, first of all, I'll tell you that the reason for my absence is the same: I'm very busy with work, physically tired (carrying boxes, getting up early, etc.) and mentally tired (keeping up with customers, setting prices, putting up with rude customers, etc.). But hey, there are always times when we catch up and can write for a while. The other day I was at work in the Leganés area near Casa del Reloj, and I hadn't noticed some beautiful wisteria plants at the top of the fairgrounds. As you know, I'm a fan of plants and flowers, so I couldn't wait to take pictures.
After that, I left the fairgrounds and found these beautiful white flowers. I honestly had no idea what they were, but they looked really pretty, hehe. It was funny because that day I went into the Chinese store to buy something, and a girl and her mother came in. The girl shouted "Ñijao" to the Chinese guy. It's a way of saying "Chinese people" in Spain, sort of in a funny way, haha.
And well, as you may have heard, there was also a massive blackout in Spain, France, Portugal, and if I'm not mistaken, also in Italy and possibly Germany. I don't have any photos and I don't have much of an account of that experience, but I'll just say it was intense. There were a lot of people everywhere in the heat (due to the spring), phone lines were down, a lot of people were walking home, and many other things that I might tell you about in another post or you might see on the news for yourself.
Another thing that has also had me constantly thinking is that we are already in May and well, there are only a few days left until the activation of the work permit that we have been waiting for for these last 6 months. Unfortunately, we have not received a response regarding our asylum resolution, but well, it is time to move forward and complete more procedures. There are many pending things to do, but everything is a process. I always say that emigrating is not an easy process. I always saw and heard many people say that, and now I am experiencing it myself. Despite all the difficult processes you go through, there are always good people who help you and lend a hand.
Well, friends, that's all for now. I'll continue to be active with more content here. I'm working on fostering new people to Hive, both migrants and Spaniards who are interested in learning about this new web3 technology. You'll hear more from me soon. See you in a next post 🇪🇸♦️
