Chicken pakora

Ingredients

  1. Chicken= 250 gm boneless and small pieces
  2. Black pepper powder= half tablespoon
  3. Lemon=half piece
  4. Chili flakes=half tablespoon
  5. Cumin seeds=half teaspoon
  6. Baking soda=1/4 teaspoon
  7. Salt=to taste
  8. Oil=for fry
  9. Gram flour=150 gm
  10. Chaat masala= half tablespoon
    METHOD

• Mix the salt, baking soda, lemon, & black
pepper with small pieces of chicken and put aside
• On another side make a paste of gram flour,
small amount of salt, chili flakes, and cumin seeds
in a bowl
• After half an hour dip the chicken pieces into
the paste and fry them in heated oil
• Fry this till it gets golden brown
Now sprinkle the chaat masala and serve it and
enjoy your food
