Henry Ford is one of the most innovative and successful entrepreneurs to ever enter this field of work. Henry Ford invented an automobile changing the way transportation would be executed throughout the world. His innovation led to better transportation of goods and multiple other things in a time efficient manner as well as making factory production more efficient and done in a timely manner making the assembly line for faster production of products. From the start of his career he is rejected throughout many situations trying to make a name for himself and put himself at the same level as people such a rockefeller and j.p morgan. Henry Ford was put into a tight space with little to no options left battling the biggest businessmen in America at the time including a man trying to patent the automobile. Ford believed that anyone in America should be able to be successful and he wanted America to thrive and have multiple powerhouse individuals with a large sum of money. Ford challenged the biggest car salesman in the country to a race and beat him which he won money in and then took the money and built a factory which had the ability to produce 15 cars a day and he charged them at an affordable price making it to where everyone could own a automobile. Henry Ford kept on dealing with lawsuits throughout the early stages of his career having to deal with the big named salesman trying to take the smaller business man out of the picture which the big salesman continued to fail or they had a case that was subsided due to not enough information. Eventually a lawsuit went through on Henry Ford and the price of his cars would not be able to be distributed to the average man in america. He still battled the monopoly in America and continued to produce his cars and he battled them with a higher wage to his employees. Henry Ford eventually put his business in the front lead of all other automobile companies with his innovative method of mass production that he had perfected producing cars faster than any other individuals competing against him. Henry had won his lawsuit and Rockefeller, who was opposed to little businessmen becoming big power house individuals, became destroyed as his standard oil company was dismantled due to court order into 34 smaller companies. Henry then continued to innovate and make the automobile available to everyone in America.
