I will be preparing for my twice a week dialysis in a few minutes from now and it will soon clean my system and will give me that another "clean feel" which i am longing for and it gives me my appetite back as well. I would as much as I can depending on how fast they would set the blood pump which essentially brings a much more cleaner blood.
The only downside of the faster blood pump in dialysis was the fast blood pressure reduction which can lead to shock when not corrected faster enough depending on the health state of the patient. But the normal blood pump here in my dialysis center was just half from that on western dialysis centers like in the USA.
I had suffered a long time ago with such mediocre health service due to lack of funds to spend so the treatments were if not far in-between but also lacking in a good quality. So it just happened for a long time which took a toll on my health particularly in my bones.
Now I am just suffering from such long-term complications but I am painfully managing it with finances that I hope won't wither down on me because my medicines are not cheap with such examples like Cinacalcet for my parathyroid and my phosphate binder. I am still thinking about my meal replacement milk because it is a very expensive type of food which can help me not to lose weight in times that I could not really eat a morsel of food.
So with this day of my dialysis once again I am happy because of the said reasons but again I am praying that my blood pressure won't drop that much. God Hep me.
