It's taken me awhile to write my first comment as I've though long and hard about what to say....
After many days of deliberating and suffering from the condition I commonly refer to as "analysis paralysis", I've decided to take a bold step and fire "off the dome" so to speak.
The Moment of Truth.....
Recently during a Facebook chat session with a friend of mine on a totally unrelated subject, he says to me "You should get on Steemit".
My response: What the hell is Steemit?
(Admittingly, although I am a "budding" crypto enthusiast and had seen the coin on the market, I will profess my ignorance in advance - Don't Judge)
So I grab a user name, confirm my email and prepare to wait. Surprisingly 24 hours later!
Yet, I digress....
WHO ARE YOU??
My name is Charletta (pronouced shar-lee-tah) and I bid you greetings from Minnesota, USA. I'm just an "analog girl in a digital world" at heart but find myself intrigued by all the buzz surrounding the crypto revolution. Now in comes Steemit, the hippest trip I believe since Facebook, IMHO!
I'm a proud mother of 7 AWESOME children who make life worth living every single day!
WHAT DO YOU DO?
Funny you should ask - It truly depends on the day and time...
BY DAY - I'm a hard working educator bringing awareness to community on the importance of early childhood education with my primary focus being the Homeless & Highly Mobile (HHM) community. Providing empowerment to the disenfranchised and under-represented. Now although I work for the public education system, don't think for one second I've "bought in" to programming. EDUCATION and INDOCTRINATION are two different things, but I'll save that for another post.
BY NIGHT - I'm an ass-kicking, name-taking crypto trader who's learning everything there is about crypto currency for the purpose of early retirement and college savings. Markets, candlestick charts, febenache sequences, lines of resistance, when to buy, when to sell, how to anticipate trends, etc. (TBH, I don't what the hell I'm doing but I'm having fun)
Recently, I've discovered there's power in YouTube outside of old-school music and food videos. There's some BEASTS out there who are dominating. They have become part of my "squad" - Unbeknownst to many of them...
(Are those the "WHALES" I keep hearing so much about?????)

I don't have a niche or a particular subject area that I can guarantee continued content posting about. Honestly, my thoughts are at times very random and often not fluid, but at the very least, I'll try to keep it interesting to some. As I often tell my children, "The problem is you know a little bit of everything, and a whole lot of nothing". It's a blessing and a curse!
Well, I think that about sums it up for the moment. I still need to figure out how to properly upvote and comment.
