Your hosts are @coruscate and @maryjaney - two sisters who get together and chat about their life experiences.
What is the Steem Sister Show All About?
I’m so glad you asked. Our goal is to help bring more fun, lighthearted content to the Steemit platform! If you look at the trending pages… the content is often about cryptocurrencies or the blockchain in some way. There is nothing wrong with this type of content, in fact I post on these topics sometimes – but we think there is space for so much more.
As a community, we talk a lot about attracting more content creators to the platform, and we want them to feel at home when they get here. If they see all the trending pages filled with content about cryptocurrencies… it might turn them off because it is not content they are usually interested in consuming.
The Format
We are going to pick a THEME for each show and then ask each other questions based on that theme. We are planning to put a bunch of questions in a bowl and then just go back and forth.
Here’s the fun part… we have a rule that we cannot share our answer with the other person before the show starts! That way you guys can watch our raw, unfiltered reaction!
We are going to aim to film a new episode once a week! The topics might range quite a bit from health and fitness, to travel, to time management tips, to our morning routines… sky is the limit.

This Week’s Theme: Love, Dating and Relationships
In this episode, we threw a bunch of random questions regarding love, dating and relationships in a bowl, and got to as many as we could! This episode has a mix of both fun and heartfelt moments.

What is the most romantic date you have been on?
Listener question from @fun2learn! What is one thing that really attracts you to your boyfriends?
Listener question from @oxygen02! How many years should you date before getting married? This one ended up being a super interesting question because we both dig into our thoughts. Warning @coruscate is a little unconventional!
Listener Question from @goldmatters! What do you love about your sister? (We both thought this was such a sweet question and our responses to each were a little unexpected!)
Do you have a nickname for your boyfriend, and how did you come up with it?
What makes a healthy relationship work? (We have been been in long term, healthy relationships for a long time and it was fun to see some of the similarities in our responses. Sisters...amirgght?)
We are trying to keep our weekly Sister Show episodes to around 20 minutes a pop - so we get through as many questions as we can! Congrats to the three people above who had their questions featured in the show! I'll be sending you each 2 SBD.
Next Week’s Topic: Travel (especially crazy travel stories)
Because we are traveling together this week - Vegas baby! - we thought it only fitting to make our next topic all about travel. Travel is a BIG topic, and so we are going to focus more specifically on crazy travel stories!
We will probably talk a bit about our favorite places to visit, our bucket list travel destinations, what we won't travel without etc... but we kinda figured you guys would rather hear some of the juicy details of our craziest adventures!

We really hope you guys enjoyed our second episode of the Steem Sister Show! We got a little deeper this week into a few relationship questions and we aim to keep the show a mix of fun stories and deeper discussions. Next week's episode on crazy travel stories is sure to be entertaining! Especially because we aren't allowed to hear each other's responses before we start filming. I'm sure we'll be learning all sorts of new things about each other next week!
