Green bean porridge with Durian

Ingredients
- 250 grams of Green Beans
- 100 grams of Brown Sugar
- 200 grams of Sugar
- 3 cm Ginger
- 2 pieces of Pandan Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 150 grams Durian puree
Sauce
- 400 ml Thick Coconut Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 liters of Water
- 2 pieces of Pandan leaves
Making Steps
- Sauces: Boil Coconut Milk, Salt, Pandan Leaves stir until boiling. Set a side.
- Soaking Green Bean about 1 hour with hot water.
- After of soaking, boil Green Beans until the Beans look softer and ripe about 1 hour or more, then add Brown Sugar, Pandan Leaves, Salt and Ginger. Cook shortly until the Sugar is completely dissolved and boiled.
- Serve Green bean porridge with Coconut Milk Sauce and dont forget to add puree Durian. Serve while it's warm.
- But if You like the cold one, You can add some of Ice cube in it, very suitable for Summer.
