Been on a high ever since posting that video yesterday. Well, actually ever since finishing my final paper for class. The class is over. Done. A new one starts in a few days and I'm already looking forward to the subject matter. That's a good feeling.
Been reading some posts from others yesterday and this morning. They all make me smile. Good news. Good stories. People sharing real stuff. It's better than the rage and sorrow generating media machine on the TV. This is why I like Hive. Real people. Real engagement. Not algorithms designed to piss you off.
A little worried though. We have some crappy weather coming. It's that time of year after all. Tornadic storms moving in. Wind gusts possible up to 70 mph. That's no joke. Luckily we have a basement we can shelter in. But it's still worrisome. You never get completely comfortable with that kind of weather.
Plus I'm tired of the rain and crappy weather. Because after this storm passes it's supposed to drop back to freezing temperatures again. Possibility of snow. How ridiculous. Spring teases you. Warms up. Then winter throws one more punch just to remind you it's not done yet.
Oh well. It ain't fucking with my happy right now.
Paper done. New class coming. Good vibes from the Hive community. Feeling good health wise. That's enough.
We'll deal with the storms when they get here.
