You will need to:
Necesitarás:
• 1 egg.
• Ham.
• 1 boiled potato.
• Salt and pepper.
• Oil.
• Aluminum foil.
• 1 huevo.
• Jamón.
• 1 patata hervida.
• Sal y pimienta.
• Aceite.
• Papel aluminio.
First, we peel and mash the potato, season with salt and pepper.
Primero, pelamos y trituramos la patata, condimentamos con sal y pimienta.
Next, pour the egg into a container and mix, adjust with salt.
Seguidamente, vertimos el huevo en un recipiente y mezclamos, ajustamos con sal.
Add the eggs in a pan with oil to form the tortilla.
Agregamos los huevos en un sartén con aceite para formar la tortilla.
Once the tortilla is ready, place it on aluminum foil, place the mashed potato on top and distribute well, add a slice of ham.
Una vez lista la tortilla, colocamos en un papel aluminio, colocamos la patata triturada encima y distribuimos bien, adicionamos un laja de jamón.
Finally, roll up, let rest and cut into slices.
Finalmente, enrollamos, dejamos reposar y cortamos en rodajas.
