Hello CineTV

And let's move on to the new contest!

Favorite Movie From Your Childhood

I used to love going to the movie theater when I was a kid. There was something magical about seeing a larger than life film on the big screen. To be honest, I don't have one movie that I remember vividly seeing at the movies but I do have nostalgia about the feeling of being at the cinema, specifically the popcorn, the big sights and sounds.
I do remember the night that my Dad brought home our first VCR and he had rented a movie for us to watch, Splash with Tom Hanks. It was such a cool experience to see a movie in our living room! Now you can stream a movie on an airplane or a bus but this was a revolutionary thing in the 1980's.
For this contest, I want you to choose a movie that you loved as a child. Tell us all about the nostalgia of the film and the memories and feelings that it brings back to you. What made this movie stand out? Was it partly because of who your were with, the circumstances of watching it, or something else? Help us understand your choice and why it was special to you.
Be original and give your most personal and engaging review if you want me to select your entry. Thanks for being here and for engaging with our contests. :)
If you have any questions or concerns feel free to tag me in the Discord channel (caulderfreeman). Enjoy this week's contest and good luck!
