Some impressions from my last visit to the former capital of Germany - Bonn.
B O N N = Bundeshauptstadt Ohne Nennenswertes Nachtleben
(Capital without noteworthy nightlife)
I like this city with its about 320.000 habitants. And I can recommend a visit of the architecture, the museums, the nature, the Rhein.
Nearby is the "Siebengebirge". The story goes that in these hills the teuton hero "Siegfried" killed the dragon and took a bath in its blood to become invulnerable. But he was betrayed and another hero "Hagen von Tronje" killed him from behind.
In revenge his wife Kriemhild - now married to Atilla the Hun - has had killed Hagen and the whole family.
The german saga "Nibelungenlied" is a bloody and cruel story about love, betrayal, a treasure and death.
(sorry - steemit can´t upload my photos - I´ll try later)
