hello hive fam,
sat 2/28/26
today is sat. i gotta call my son later. i do that each sat. so anyway, i wanted to post about my workout.. i go to the gym on fridays. that's it. once a week and it seems to be enough gym time for my body. i also do one or two micro workouts during the week.. lilke a set of 10 pushups of some seated arm stuffs using my bags full of water bottles.
