Don Duck is not your usual roast duck place. I'm not sure if they even have roast duck because I always get the same thing, fried duck (dry) hotpot. The duck is shredded and seasoned with I don't know what, but it tastes fantastic. It fries up in a foil lined plate over a burner. It's served with bun noodles, mint, and other herbs. It's so good. I've gone so many times and it's always great. The service is also great. They always check on you and come around to stir your duck so it doesn't stick. The duck also comes with a duck salad to start and fresh, seasonal fruit at the end. Try this place.
