That's the results of my arm workout.
My secret is: don't miss your arms. They are so important. Just focus in pushups, pull-ups and dumbel exerciseses to get in great position and make your arms looking similar. That's my key. Don't get too explosive in dumbel exercise. You need to focus the full range of moltion and the full stretch.
