The Tropical Storm karding left in Philippine area but even though, it will still enhance the southwest monsoon.
No areas were placed under tropical cyclone warning signals, too. But In particular, moderate to heavy rain is hitting.
Many areas and people are affected, flooded and landslides.These are the times when we need to pray and trust the Lord to guide us.
Lesson learn:
Avoid throwing garbage anywhere,
prohibit the cutting of trees
