My partner and I have been working tirelessly to fulfill our responsibilities as adults, and it sometimes feels draining, too. Once in a while, we spend some time together and enjoy a quick date. It's our way to pause and savor a good moment.
Recently, a new carnival has opened just in the town proper. We decided to go out for dinner after we got home from work. We rode on our motorbike, and it took us only about 10 minutes. There are a lot of people in the carnival, but we still managed to look for a spot where we could eat.
We went to a food stall that sells different street foods. We asked for their best-selling combo, and they sell the usual Burger, Fries, Hotdog Sandwich, and more. We just ordered the combo with a hot dog sandwich and cheesy fries. The combo is budget-friendly, and we requested some extra sauce and cheese as well. Also, it comes with drinks.
There's also a food stall beside it that sells Shawarma. We ordered here as well, and got ourselves some nacho shawarma. My partner also requested a coconut shake, so I bought one. We waited for the Shawarma to get ready at our table, and we just talked about random topics while waiting.
After a few minutes, our orders are ready, and we have them placed on our table. We have a lot of food for tonight, since we planned this dinner out for a while. We got ourselves some fries, a sandwich, nachos, and drinks—a perfect combo for our quick carnival date.
We enjoyed every bite, and even witnessed the special moments in the carnival. The people are eating and enjoying the rides and games around. It is indeed a perfect place for everyone.
