El coraz贸n, s铆mbolo donde se refleja ese sentimiento tan maravilloso como es el amor. Y 茅l cu谩l siempre va a estar presente para celebrar y hacer especial el 14 de febrero.
The heart, a symbol where that wonderful feeling of love is reflected. And he will always be present to celebrate and make February 14 special.
Y hoy les quiero compartir este hermoso coraz贸n que hice a crochet, y en este bonito color verde agua, un color c谩lido, as铆 como lo es el amor que sentimos por las personas que amamos...y este detalle en especial es un obsequio para m铆 madrina que ama el tejido.
And today I want to share with you this beautiful heart that I crocheted, and in this beautiful aqua green color, a warm color, just like the love we feel for the people we love... and this detail in particular is a gift for my godmother who loves knitting.
Al principio pens茅 en hacerle un posa taza, pero como me qued贸 un poco grande, le hice unos flecos y qued贸 como un mini tapete para poner un peque帽o joyero...el cu谩l se le ver谩 muy lindo en su peinadora o mesa de noche.
At first I thought about making a cup holder, but since it was a little big, I made some fringes and it turned out like a mini rug to put a small jewelry box...which will look very nice on your dressing table or nightstand.
Les menciono los materiales que utilice para su elaboraci贸n:
- Hilo de algod贸n en color verde agua.
- Crochet n煤mero 2.5
- Tijeras.
I mention the materials I used for its preparation:
- Cotton thread in aqua green color.
- Crochet number 2.5
- Scissors.

馃挄 Preparation.
- Comenc茅 haciendo una cadeneta de 19 puntos.
Luego para comenzar la primera vuelta dejo siete cadenas y empiezo hacer punto medio alto dejando una cadena y un punto medio alto hasta llegar a la punta de la cadeneta...haciendo en total quince cuadritos.
- I started by making a chain of 19 stitches.
Then, to begin the first round, I leave seven chains and begin to make a half-double stitch, leaving one chain and one half-double stitch until I reach the end of the chain...making a total of fifteen squares.
- As铆 hago dos vueltas y en la tercera, despu茅s de hacer siete cuadritos, tejo tres puntos medio alto que ser铆a la punta del coraz贸n. Despu茅s siete cuadritos.
- This is how I make two rounds and in the third, after making seven squares, I knit three half-high stitches that would be the point of the heart. Then seven squares.
- En tres vueltas siguientes con puntos medio altos en aumento se va formando el coraz贸n.
Despu茅s cuatro vueltas m谩s, pero con lo mismos puntos medio altos, y en la siguiente abro el orificio para la parte superior de la figura 鉂わ笍.
Y teniendo ya el coraz贸n listo , tejo dos vueltas m谩s.
- In three subsequent rounds with increasing medium high stitches, the heart is formed.
Then four more rounds, but with the same half-high stitches, and in the next one I open the hole for the upper part of the figure 鉂わ笍.
And having my heart ready, I knit two more
- Para los flecos que le coloque en uno de los extremos, recort茅 pedacito de hilo y los sujet茅 en el borde superior del mi tapete.
- For the fringes that I placed on one of the ends, I cut a piece of thread and attached them to the top edge of my mat.
