Hello, cute friends of #Hive. Nice to be around again.
My daughter Alennis (
@artesalennis) loves butterflies. Whenever she sees one somewhere, she tries to take them, but not to mistreat them, but to contemplate them and make her cuddles.
A while ago, she saw one and liked it so much that I encouraged her to keep it to watch and learn to care for the animals. Of course, I wasn't going to keep it forever, but just for a few days. Besides, I was going to feed her (well, we thought so, hahaha). The truth is that we took a glass container, put pieces of tree bark, branches and leaves in it so that she would feel at home.
We kept her like this for about three days and she was very excited every time she looked at her and even tried to get her to drink water. She researched in books and on the internet about butterflies and that allowed her to learn a little more about these beautiful insects.
But the day came when we understood that we had to set her free and keeping her locked up was very bad for this little animal. So before releasing it, we decided to take some pictures of the butterfly inside the container and how we were releasing it little by little.
Something very nice happened and I leave that in the caption of each photo.
A hug
