Christmas has arrived at my home, and I am delighted because this year my mother and siblings have come from Margarita Island to spend Christmas and New Year's with us. I am even more excited because this year will be different. I will be reunited with my family after six years of not being with them during this time of year.
Llegué la Navidad a mi hogar y me siento feliz porque este año estará con nosotros mi mamá y mis hermanos que vinieron desde la isla de Margarita a pasar Navidad y Año Nuevo con nosotros. Me siento más entusiasmada porque este año será diferente. Estaré con mi familia reunida después de seis años Sin estar con ellos para estas fechas.

I feel very happy and excited, and at home we have already started decorating for Christmas with my mom's help. Everything is turning out very nice. She is very creative with these things, so we started putting up the tree while my husband touched up the walls and ceiling of the house. This time, we put up the tree first because it was already quite late and we were a little tired. We decorated the tree with the few things we had.
Me siento muy feliz entusiasmada y ya en mi casa empezamos a adornar de Navidad con la ayuda de mi mamá, todo está quedando muy bonito, ella tiene mucha creatividad para esas cosas así que empezamos armando el árbol y mientras mi esposo retocaba las paredes y el techo de la casa. En esta oportunidad pusimos primero solo el árbol Porque ya era bastante tarde y estamos un poco cansados adoramos con lo poco que teníamos el árbol,

We've already bought more decorations, it looks really nice, it looked very splendid, it attracted a lot of attention, you can tell that it's Christmas, or at least here in my house, Christmas has arrived.
