When we sleep, at a certain stage dreams occurs involuntarily as a succession of images, ideas, emotions, and sensation. The message most dreams conveys are misunderstood, though it has taken under scientific analysis and some religious reviews, as well as a subject continuously discussed in philosophy throughout history. The interpretations of dreams is the attempt at trying to draw meaning from ones dreams, searching for a message hidden beneath the surface. The study of dreams scientifically is called "ONEIROLOGY."
When Does it Start?

Dreams occurs around when the body experiences the "Rapid-Eye Movement" (REM), a stage when the brain activity is high and the brain makes it appears like its awake. During this period of sleep the REM sleep takes place by the eye moving continuously like it were awake causing the REM sleep. Most times dreams does not necessarily take place during the REM sleep, ass it sometimes happen outside time period during other time period during sleep, which are not very clear and memorable.
