I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...

Tuesday was a Family Quality time day where I first went out to some stores to get cilmbing shoes as I do plan to pick up climbing soon. I also went to the supermarket unable to resist some cookies. Our dog had to get an operation as she had some infection and needed to get sterelized so when I was home she wasn't there. I went to pick up my oldest niece from the station, spent some time with her and afterward went to pick up our dog along with my dad. Things have gone well and she now needs to recover for a week. Usually she is extremely active which makes it hard to pet her. Now however, she was calm and still in a bit of pain so we let her indoors in the garage to recover.

We athe together and I managed to keep the damage reasonably limited on the day and I took my oldest niece along with me to Ghent as she has a roon now there where she stays during the week to study.
