Today I am making my first contribution to the competition (I was so worried that I even confused the name of the community in the video I said voice instead of Vibes🤦🏻‍♀️🤣😅) of the Vibes Web3 Week 29 community with the theme of 90s music with a song by the Scorpions group, which was founded in 1965. In general, all of their songs carry a certain deep meaning about life. This particular song that I chose was released in 2004, by the way, the year of my birth, but I hope that it will still be included in the competition because the group itself is considered retro and this style is still this type of recording is quite old. So, "Maybe I maybe you" although the melody seems quite sad, in terms of content this song carries a hopeful atmosphere, imposing such a special immersion, penetrating the soul with fragile notes that prompt the belief that we too can possibly make some contribution to this whole world, change something. Every time I listened to this song, it plunged me into such a world of reflection, and especially that powerful chorus with hard rock, it breaks so victoriously as if it were breaking through an invisible field of doubts. When I sang, I couldn't find headphones and was forced to turn on the minus on another phone so that I could hear the melody, but the phone was far enough away that the microphone didn't catch the melody and only caught my voice in the background, and therefore during editing, when I put the minus, there was some shift and sometimes it seems as if I don't fall under the melody. In fact, in the original, I seemed to fall under it, in principle, I have had a good ear for music since childhood. This is my first joining and recording, so please don't judge strictly for the imperfection of the recording and thank you for your support, dear community!
Regarding the comparison of the past weeks, I was a bit of a noob and for a very long time could not understand how the voting takes place. And only later I learned that the system on hive.blog was not working, and I was using it. The most interesting thing is that I looked through all the contributions for the 28th week, but then at the end when I wanted to vote, I screwed up again. But now I hope that next week I will finally figure out how to vote. And you know, I also wanted to add that I am so impressed by how many talented people the platform has, how much beautiful art they create, in completely different fields, both vocals and guitar, and electro, and ukuleles, and so on.
