I stopped taking all forms of nicotine 3.5 days ago, a hard core action after being a Turk for 40 years!
Four days ago i played Steemmonsters all night with loads of smoke and alcohol. I went from ranking 3 all the way down to 14 on the last day of the season getting more and more strunk along the way. I got so sick of myself that i took the immediate decision to stop drinking, stop smoking, stop f everything.
And here i am typing with shaky hands, my gosh. I will keep it short as i try not to think about it. I must say it went surprisingly well on these first 3 days but today, no no no, it seems suddenly like impossible...
I got 1 very good hint from somebody who was simply saying '...a difficult moment is just a moment, it will pass...', a very good one to hold on to!
I am going to do this - with or without your support - but if you have been through this, you might have some words for me here, today seems to be a very hard day
And if you don't, maybe you can tell me if you see the picture moving in your general feed? It will surely move if you open the post, just curious if moving GIF's can be used as a main feed picture, i guess it depends on the platform.
