it appears to me that the goal of the legislative branch of society , seems to be linked to the competitive nature of identity superiority.
so anyone given the task of leadership, has to hold on to a projectd identity for the sake of that identity belief.
established by idealogical belief constructed by final agenda politics.
to explain,
a belief is created , which conforms to a strong level of support by a backer of wealth or power. the same thing really. as one mind can no longer be an influence without institutional support.
so a very intelligent adaptive individual holds on to a position of belief , as though there is no adaptation or development of such. it becomes fixed. a manifesto without ears .
this leaves society death , dumb and blind.
yet commited , confirmed and determined,
this is not democracy.
this is the failure of being.
another inverse result of evolution.
socially and ethically.
