I don’t know what’s been going on lately, whether there’s a new dev team still getting up to speed, but in my impression the quality of Ecency Appand the overall user experience (at least for iOS users) has declined quite a bit.
My drafts overview is still a mess. I can’t see all scheduled posts. Some drafts have disappeared completely. I’m unable to move or properly manage drafted and scheduled posts. And now on top of that, the app’s stability seems to have dropped as well, I’m getting below error messages while simply scrolling through articles. Also the speed of the app has slowed, takes longer to load stuff when I click on things.
What’s going on, guys? And when can we expect this to be fixed? It would really help to get some feedback on why this is happening. The Ecency experience has clearly decreased with the latest iOS updates. And what are you planning to get back to the former App performance and usability?
And what about Android users, are you experiencing similar issues?
