My Introduction..

The picture is mine

My name is Oluomachi Blessing Nwachukwu. I’m from Abia State, Ikwuano LGA, Obuohia Okike to be precise. I am a student of Veterinary Medicine at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike.

I am a purpose-driven young woman, passionate about excellence, elegance, and impact in all areas of life. I believe I am uniquely designed for special things, and I consistently pursue what truly matters with focus and determination.

My family and I

I come from a family of six. I’m the second to the last child, we are four boys and two girls, and I am the second daughter.

My dad and mom are into business. Growing up was lonely for me; I didn’t get to have that parent-daughter relationship because my parents were so engrossed in their business that they didn’t build a close relationship with us. This left a vacuum in me toward them. But as an adult now, I have come to understand them. The reason they were so engrossed and often neglected us was for our own good to provide the basic necessities we needed.

My days of Practicing my makeup skills My roomie's friend came to have a touch of my skills back then 2022 Beautifing my roomie back in 2022 my 200level

My bad! I’ve been carried away and almost forgot to tell you about my hobbies. Anyways, I love being creative, I love beauty (I’m obsessed with clear and glowing skin my face is my evidence 😂), and I love decorations. I enjoy creating stunning event setups and enhancing the natural beauty of spaces and people, especially during weddings, traditional ceremonies, and special occasions.

I also love making money. Of course, I have a business I sell perfumes of all brands. I actually started with oil perfumes in my 100 level, and that has been my main source of survival in school. It’s often hectic to combine with academics because it requires time to meet people and advertise, despite posting online. I have always heard my friends talk about #Hive, the friends they've made and the prompts they write. So I got interested and asked them to help me join #Hive especially when I heard that this is a place where one can share his/her stories and not be judged. Though the words they used sometimes were strange, like #Hangout #Promptwriting #Hivers #eccency and so on, I was still interested and eager to join. I was introduced to Hive by @kingdomzy, who was referred by @kingsleyy. I'm open and willing to make new friends and I'm excited that I will be making new friends here and at that like minded ones.. Hope you guys are ready to see more of me..

I love taking pictures purrr🥰

I'm a photography lover

I also find joy in reading thought-provoking articles and books, especially works by great philosophers and authors whose writings inspire purpose and meaningful living.

Atomic Habits by James Clear (this book taught me about building small habits that lead to big life changes).

Gifted Hands by Ben Carson (this book made me believe I’m special, I have a purpose in life, and people don’t define me).

48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene (this book taught me that silence can be a weapon).

Dare to Lead by Brené Brown (this book taught me about courage, vulnerability, and leadership with purpose).

The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren (one of the most famous books on living with purpose, from a Christian perspective).

Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins (this book gave me practical strategies for taking control of my emotions, finances, and life).

One of my delicacies ☺️😋

Did I mention that I love cooking? I can cook and love exploring different delicacies. I didn’t just know I could cook my friends always compliment my food a lot. I was even told once that I should open a food joint near school 😁. Well, guess what? I didn’t learn how to cook; it has been an inborn skill. Cooking gives me joy, and I would love to share some of my delicacies with you guys. I hope you’ll stay around and walk with me.

In the face of uncertainty, I remain resilient and committed to growth, development, and self-improvement. I take great interest in activities that add value to my life and to those around me.

I believe in becoming the best version of myself while helping others do the same. Through my journey in veterinary medicine and beyond, I aim to merge science, art, and service in a way that leaves a lasting impact.

During my oral exam

I hope you are entertained with my story. I’ll be in the comments for your contributions and support. Thank you in advance, my fellow #hivers 😊.
