The Right Amount Of Junk!!

I enjoy eating a lot of junk food. Even though i am well aware that is unhealthy, to me it is the most important meal of the day.
The recipe to a successful evening of relaxation is a movie and the right amount of snacks.

I’ve come across different posts at different times from different sources singing about how unhealthy it is to end your day with some chips or even a slice of pizza

Truth is, junk foods always look and smell good and since the eye eats first it’s kinda hard to resist them. I am not trying to justify this eating habit I’m just fairly sure I am not the only one who after a long day finally gets to bite into a milk donut and gets a mini orgasm lol.

Unfortunately, we always have to remember that it literally has no nutritional value, it only spikes up the sugar level and stacks you up on unhealthy calories and if you’re not a really active person that would be a problem.

Yes it is tasty, affordable and sometimes eases the anxiety but truth is it is not really worth the health risks we’d be putting our body through.
