I always intended to cover this piano piece from Star Trek a long time ago but somehow never got around to it. I took a slightly different approach to this one than a normal pianistic approach, emulating the more staccato, chord based, string approach in the original soundtrack. This piece was perfect for the scene in the movie and, for how simple parts of it can seem, it really captured the emotions perfectly!
