"WHY IS MY IOTA WALLET BALANCE ZERO?!?"

This usually happens under two common circumstances:

1. You haven't logged into your IOTA wallet for a long time
2. You are logging into your IOTA wallet on a new computer

In this video, I go over some common IOTA troubleshooting steps, in order to understand what is going on with your transactions.

Using the IOTA tangle explorer (AKA: Transaction seeing "Eye of God"), we can figure out these issues.
