5 YEAR BODYBUILDING/FITNESS TRANSFORMATION | MOTIVATION

MOTIVATION !

This is my transformation I made from 15-20yrs old. I thought this video would be an appropriate start/introduction to my channel. Through the 5 year period I was able to put on nearly 60lbs, much of which was muscle and make huge changes in my life. I also found my growing passion for fitness, which led me to take up Exercise Science in college, and earn 6 different personal training certifications. I was training 5-6 times a week, and at times my caloric intake got as high as 5,000 calories/day (I have a very fast metabolism, along with the gym, live a very active lifestyle. It was very hard for me to put on weight, which lead to some crazy high calorie sums). I also got to learn some great aspects of cutting/dieting when I dropped down and got leaner (towards end of the video). After peaking over 200lbs (+75lbs from the start!), I was also able to drop nearly 25lbs and be able to present the physique I did at the end of the video.

Hopefully this can motivate you whether it's that extra push to turn up the intensity in the gym, or get started.
