Where are you guys, we haven't hung out in a while. Even though it's only been a few days off for you, haha, it felt to me like I hadn't been online here for two or three months. That's how much I missed this place. (:
I got the idea to make this about a month ago when I saw a girl online share her art piece.
Yesterday I was going through my gallery and noticed I had taken a screenshot of her video, so I thought, why not see how mine would turn out. The day was perfect for it, so the hunt for little flowers and bits of grass in the yard started right after my morning Turkish coffee.

Drew it like this, as you can see, and made little holes where I marked the dots with a marker, and that's it. All you need is a piece of sturdy cardboard, a marker, and a scalpel, which is optional - I used it to slightly cut each hole and then I punched them through properly with a screwdriver.

A few times I already managed to lose the flowers I had picked and stuck into the holes along the way, when I absentmindedly flipped the cardboard upside down, waving my arms around like happy kids rushing out of school to go play outside. That was my vibe the whole day yesterday. It was a holiday, Blagovesti, so we didn't do any work, but today is a different story, the big pre-Easter cleaning begins. Curtains are being washed, windows wiped, every bit of dust removed, floors scrubbed, tons of laundry done and so on... 🥰

So I won't go on typing too long because I need to get to work and start ticking things off my to-do list. I wish you all a lovely day. Enjoy and share your cardboard 2D flower vases if you decide to make them. I'm really curious to see what kind of flowers you'll choose. Kisses :***
