1.No Soda!

2.Drink 1 gallon of water a day

3.Work at least 3 times a week for 30 mins (if starting out) if not 4-5 times a week for 45 mins

4.do 25 squats every time you go in the bathroom

5.30 seconds plank in the morning before you get ready and 1 minute at night before you go to bed
