Hello my dear friends of Liketu! It's a pleasure to be one more day with you around here. In this post I come to share with you a little bit of Italy, especially Genoa, a medium sized city on the Ligurian coast that managed to make me fall in love.

Maybe you already know that violet is the color of transformation, and if not, I'll tell you about it. It turns out that this sky, although it has just a little lilac color, leads me to think precisely about change, in the constant internal and external movement in which we find ourselves and that is sometimes very difficult to detect, but at the same time it is difficult to ignore.

This sky, which shows different tonalities, evidencing the dynamism of nature, is lost in a horizon that meets a beach that has already received the night, while the sky is still dismissing the city with its last rays of light, thanks to that reddish sun that can be seen in the distance.

The covered boats on the shore to protect themselves from the sea mist, tell us about the life on the coast, which has come to an end on that Genoese afternoon.

The "no sand", the rocky beach, uncomfortable to walk on but beautiful to contemplate, says goodbye to one more day of activity and joy in that Ligurian Mediterranean Sea.

I really enjoy watching the sky, and when I come across such jewels and I manage to photograph them, I love it, because it is a way to take me back to that specific moment.

And these, although they are photos, somehow lead me to reflect not only on that moment, but that sky somehow petrified in the image, has the ability to generate within me the same beautiful movement (or very similar), as when I saw it in person.

¡Hola mis queridos amigos de Liketu! Es un placer estar un día más con ustedes por aquí. En esta publicación vengo a compartirles un poco de Italia, en especial de Génova, una ciudad mediana de la costa de Liguria que logró enamorarme.

Quizás ya sepan que el violeta es el color de la transformación, y sino, se los cuento. Resulta que este cielo, aunque presenta tan solo un poco de color lila, me lleva a pensar justamente en el cambio, en el constante movimiento interno y externo en el que nos encontramos y que es muy difícil a veces detectar, pero que al mismo tiemp es difícil ignorar.

Este cielo, que muestra diferentes tonalidades, evidenciando el dinamismo de la naturaleza, se pierde en un horizonte que se encuentra con una playa que ya recibió la noche, mientras el cielo todavía está despidiendo a la ciudad con sus últimos rayos de luz, gracias a aquel sol rojizo que se ve a lo lejos.

Los botes cubiertos en la orilla para protegerse de la bruma marina, nos hablan de la vida en la costa, que ha llegado a su fin en aquella tarde genovesa.

La “no arena”, la playa rocosa e incómoda para caminar pero bellísima de contemplar, se despide de un día más de actividad y alegría en aquel Mar Mediterráneo ligurense.

Disfruto muchísimo de observar el cielo, y cuando me pasa que me encuentro con joyas de este estilo y logro fotografiarlas, me encanta, porque es una manera de trasladarme a aquel momento en específico.

Y estas, aunque son fotos, de alguna manera me llevan a reflexionar no solo sobre aquel momento, sino que ese cielo de algún modo petrificado en la imagen, tiene la capacidad de generar en mi interior el mismo hermoso movimiento (o muy similar), que cuando lo vi en persona.
