This short movie is inspired by a busy day. The day that I almost to forget my own breathing."... Have you ever felt tired all day long and no time to rest?
Actually, I should ask that you have no time to relax? Or you don’t want to?
Sine we were young, in everyday, we have been taught to run around the clock.
Going to do this! Going to do that! And everything has to finish on time and we must do!
Otherwise we feel fear of punishment by society.
And we allow the clock to control our life in all aspects of the routine because we are used to with it.
We do everything follow the hours of the clock and we forget that the clock is designed by us.
And after, we complain that we are too tired and have no time to rest.
Let’s take a break and breathing slowly… Listen to it.

สร้างจากแรงบันดาลใจในวันที่ยุ่งจนแทบจะลืมลมหายใจของตัวเอง"... คุณเคยรู้สึกว่าตัวเองต้องเหนื่อยทั้งวันโดยไม่มีเวลาพักผ่อนบ้างไหม?
อันที่จริงต้องถามว่า คุณไม่มีเวลาพักผ่อน ? หรือว่าคุณไม่อยากพักผ่อนกันแน่ ?
เราทุกคนถูกสั่งสอนให้วิ่งตามเข็มนาฬิกากันอยู่ทุกเมื่อเชื่อวัน … ต้องทำนั่น…ต้องทำนี่… ให้ทันเวลา…ไปนั่น…ไปนี่ให้ตรงตามนัด… ถ้าวิ่งตามมันไม่ทันก็เกรงว่าจะถูกสังคมลงโทษ
แล้วตัวเราก็อนุญาตให้เข็มนาฬิกาควบคุมชีวิตของเราในทุกๆด้านตามความเคยชิน…
เราลืมไปเสียสนิทว่า… ตัวเราเองต่างหากเป็นผู้ออกแบบเข็มนาฬิกา …
ไม่ใช่ให้เข็มนาฬิกามาออกแบบชีวิตเรา …แล้วก็มานั่งโอดครวญกับตัวเองว่าเหนื่อยจนไม่มีเวลาพักผ่อน…
หยุดพักสักนิด… แล้วหายใจช้าๆ …ลองฟังเสียงของมันดู…
