Hello hive family, I am happy to be in this platform of great minds from different diversity. I am glad to know that a place like this where I can express my view of things and also let my voice be heard exists.
Without much delay, my name is Familusi Ayomiposi meaning my joy is enormous. The name was given to me by parents in order to express the level of joy they experienced upon my arrival. I am the third child of my parents, unlike others that came before me, it took a while (two weeks) before my mother could birth me. So when I finally came out, there was enormous joy both in my parents' life and those around. Hence the name Ayomiposi. Just like the name itself, I have been a source of joy to my peers and those around me, and I hope to bring joy to the great people here via my contents.
I am from Ode-Ekiti in Gbonyin local government of Ekiti State Nigeria. Ekiti is a south-western state of Nigeria and speaks the Yoruba language. The people of Ode-Ekiti are known for their productivity in agricultural products such as yam, cassava, palm oil, and so on. We often celebrate Odun-iroko — Yam festival in appreciation to the gods of harvest for a bountiful harvest once every year. This is the greatest festival of my people.
I studied Accounting at the Kogi State University (KSU). Deciding on the course to study was a bit difficult for me then because I was involved in so many things and I always gave my best for them all. However, the desire of being an accountant surpassed other ones. I am someone with a lot of hobbies, I love venturing into new things, just to have the experience and learn from it. My understanding of life is that life is full of lessons and the fun part of life lies in the different activities we get ourselves engaged in. I enjoy singing and playing music. Music is my best way of relaxing. I often work at my best while listening to music. My love for reading and writing has always been obvious right from childhood. According to my mum, she started buying story books for me at a little age when she realized I feel more comfortable alone reading whatever I come across rather than playing outside with other children. I am a Christian, and I am truly guided by my faith.
Here in hive, I can't say specifically about the type of content I will be creating but I promise to be showering my network with interesting contents. I enjoy almost everything, be it music, gaming, fashion, stories, and finance — as an accountant that I am, lol. So dear friends I am not here to be dull but expect to be bombarded by great content in no time.
