Crypto currency has revolutionized the way people think of every possible application can be decentralized. How about crypto currency at work? Instead of supervisor judging employee performance, entire workforce can vote for employees work (email, chats, hip-chat, sharepoint contribution etc). It would be similar to steem-it and voting can be anonymous, which results in bonus currency 😀.
Even higher management can be voted and company can decide on performance bonus or promotion.
Not sure if I expressed it correctly...will let rest of the community to weigh in 😜.
