Laughter is one of the most positive vibrations that exist, like love, peace, calm and, above all, gratitude. In contrast, there is fury, anger, hatred, rage and sadness, with negative vibrations and negative thoughts. I try to always be in the first group, although sometimes there are things that make me stray from it.

I think it's always better to talk about the negative first so you can end on a positive note and attract more of that. I don't usually get angry or upset, I always say so, but rather I get sad, both of which are negative. But that's how I am. Someone once told me that anger is better because you let it out and that's it. But sadness is more profound. I don't really know, but that's how I am.
But there are things that infuriate me, and when I see them too often or they are extremely noticeable, they drive me crazy, such as lack of respect and consideration, injustice, exaggerated human idiocy or stupidity, and laziness that wants to get things for nothing. There are surely more things, but those come to mind.

There are so many examples in real life, and I see them every day, like the woman who reluctantly attended to my mother this morning at the ophthalmologist's office, not wanting to look up her file to find out why she was there without a letter from the health centre, or the young people who don't give up their seats to older people on the bus, tourists who litter the streets or beaches, which I see with my own eyes and it infuriates me, mothers who have a sick child and yet go on holiday with their new boyfriend and don't care about their little boy. The latter is a direct case that my friend told me about someone in her family.
And in all these cases there are many things going on together: disrespect, stupidity and injustice. But there are also people who want money without working. Like a 22-year-old guy who got a great job in Switzerland, but because he earned less than his boss, he quit to go to Germany and receive unemployment benefits from the state. And I think: Get a job, you lazy bum! Because on top of that, he complains, but he'd rather sit around doing nothing.

These are things we see every day, and there are worse things, but these are the ones that come to mind right now. But for every one of these, there are many other things that make me laugh. And laughing is the best thing in life; it's a very high and positive vibration, like gratitude.
Many things make me laugh; in fact, my own family says I laugh at anything. I think laughter is good; it's good for the soul and even for the body. You feel better when you laugh, stress is released, worries are lessened, and there is good energy in the atmosphere. It's also contagious, and what could be better than that, bringing joy to others?

Silly jokes make me laugh, but above all, it's how the joke is told, especially in the case of jokes that probably aren't jokes, but the face of the person telling it seriously or making a gesture is funnier than the joke itself. Some people are naturally funny, my brother is one of them. Sometimes he looks at me and says, 'I don't know what you're laughing at. What did I say? And it's even worse, it makes me laugh even more.
I laugh at my own things, often simple things that happen in life, like bumping into something, not realising that what I'm looking for is right in front of me, or silly mistakes I might make, but also and above all I laugh when someone makes me laugh, I'm very susceptible to that. And laughing together with another person is the best thing there is, it's as if something good were multiplied a thousandfold. An endless contagion of laughter is fabulous.

And when I think about motivation, that's really great. Of course, it depends on the moment and the object of motivation. Rain motivates me to write, as does certain music. Depending on the music, I can write horror stories, poems or even thoughts and develop them extensively.
I am motivated by a walk in nature, among the trees, or walking along the beach with the water touching my feet. Water is always motivating for me. The small, big things in life. My cats motivate me; they are always a source of joy for me.
I am motivated by recognition for a job well done, for the perseverance and dedication I put into things, and words of recognition and gratitude motivate me to continue doing what I do and much more.

A kind word, a caress, being there in difficult times and laughing in good times motivate me. I am always motivated to do the things I love, the things I enjoy. I am motivated by the morning sun and the night moon. It is the simplest things, but I believe the most important ones, that always motivate me, and above all, the beautiful signs from the universe, as I call them. I am motivated by people like me, people with the strength to move forward, who show commitment, quality and perseverance. I am motivated by seeing my reflection in those people, and so we motivate each other.
That's why for every thing that might upset you, there are many others that make you laugh and motivate you. That's what being positive is all about. This is one of the great weekend topics raised by @galenkp. Thank you for that.
Thank you all very much for joining me today. I wish you a very good weekend. See you soon.
