A recommended one day tour in Kuala Lumpur is... Pusat Bandaraya. Why? Because it's very easy to reach, even by bus with 1 RM :D. I'll show you how beautiful Kuala Lumpur is by exploring its history and grandeur.
Central Bandaraya is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, even not as famous as the Twin Towers or Petronas KLCC but. this place resembles the old city of Kuala Lumpur in the past. But now, it's a city flanked by many tall buildings.

One of the interesting places is the 'River of Life'. As its metaphorical name suggests, it use to be a densely populated area cause it served as a connecting one point. Hence the name "River of Life," which provides life for the people who live here.
In the middle of the River of Life, there's a mosque called "Jamiek Mosque." Do you know why it's called "Jamiek Mosque"? So... during the sultanate era, men Muslims attending Friday prayers, they required to pray at the Jamiek Mosque. This mean the Jamiek Mosque was the largest mosque in the city. It meam a large mosque, a mosque that held great importance during the Malaysian sultanate.

The River of Life has the Jamiek Mosque right in the middle. It connects one to the other and stands above the rushing water. You know why this place has such a sense of progress in Kuala Lumpur?
The mosque, which even has "Kuala Lumpur" written on its facade, majestically divide the river. For some reason, seeing this place make me feel awestruck and grateful for its beauty. Its like stepping back in time.. and I could enjoy the view, vibes.. which imbued me with positive energy. Everyone's eyes were focused on one spot: the Jamiek Mosque.
It was clear that the pedestrians here were mostly tourists. I sensed this, everyone taking photos with their backs to the mosque to fit in the frame. Special spots are provided to get the perfect, aesthetic shot.
Between the River of Life, there are several buildings with beautiful graffiti, and... I'm even confused as to how they managed to paint to such a height, around three stories high with incredibly high walls, I think.
I don't know, but I really enjoyed this short trip. I felt how close the connection between Kuala Lumpur and my hometown is, as we share the same family.
See you the next time hive friends!

Hi! Let me introduce myself, its me Wita.
I'm just a woman who wants to write whatever's on my mind. I really enjoy cooking, occasionally traveling, and doing whatever I like. I want to live like a bird flying freely in nature. But I know I'm only human. So, I can only write freely like a bird that can fly with its two wings.
I'm usually very interested in new things. Let me be creative with at least these writings. I welcome any suggestions, as long as you mention them politely in the comments section. We can have a free discussion every now and then.
Don't think too much of me as you see in my posts. I'm just sharing what I have, and some of it is actually quite enjoyable to post. It's just that I don't really like posting bad things. I hope we continue to work together to build this Hive community.
