Try that you give attention to your food and focus more on a balanced diet. If possible, avoid meat and also avoid all those foods which are cooked in deep frying. Eat less meat foods because this is the main reason for diseases.
According to the latest research, all those people who eats more meat foods and junky foods becomes victims of many diseases and specially heart attack or stroke. If you like to eat these foods then you must have hard exercise as well.
I mostly try that I eat vegetables and fruits, and I always tell my mother to cook more vegetables and make meat food only once a week, which is necessary for the body.
In my city, the best vegetables and different kinds are available, or in other words, you can say we have been gifted with the best vegetables, which are very tasty and cheap. Compared to meat, vegetable prices are very reasonable, and some vegetables are such that they fulfill the need for meat.
Today I went to buy vegetables, and my mother told me to bring the vegetables that I like. I thought I will go to my ffriend's vegetable shop and also meet him and pick some good vegetables to cook for lunch.

When I reached the vegetable shop, I got confused because many kinds of vegetables were available. I told my friend that I will take pictures of your vegetables and upload them on the Hive ecosystem, and he agreed.
I took some pictures of different vegetables and in the end went to the cauliflower and selected that vegetable. Along with cauliflower, I also picked tomatoes, chilies, green spices, and coriander.

These are the best ingredients for cauliflower and give a great taste to the food. We cook cauliflower in a very simple way. First, the cauliflower is washed well, then it is cut into small pieces.
In a separate pot, tomato gravy is made and in it, green chilies and other spices are added. Until the color of the tomatoes changes and a nice smell starts coming.
After that, in the same pot, the small pieces of cauliflower are added and cooked well until the cauliflower becomes soft. When the cauliflower is soft, coriander is added on top and it is kept on steam for 15 minutes, and after that, tasty cauliflower is ready.
Cauliflower is best to eat with other salads or Chatni which is a kind of mixture of yogurt and some masalas. Also its more tasty when mixed with eggs which will give protein and fulfill the needs of the body.
