Today, I want to present a new strategy to serve you. The stock market is a well-known market in this financial world. There are many ways to invest and earn profits here as well.

One excellent option in the stock market is to invest in dividend shares. However, it is important to keep in mind that just earning dividends will not bring more profit, but it is more profitable with good planning.

There are many dividend-paying shares that give profits according to different APRs. For example, PSX, which is the Pakistani stock market, has EFERT, a famous dividend-paying share that provides its investors with excellent profits at a great APR.

Their dividend is paid on a quarterly basis, and every 3 months, they pay profits to their shareholders. When I did the calculation last night, it was giving around 18-20% annual dividend profit, which is certainly a good amount, but the effort should still be to get more profit than this.

For this, I have an idea that I have tried myself several times and it has been quite successful. Whenever the X date of a share is near, it is the time that attracts investors’ attention. Every investor wants to invest near the X date to become eligible for the dividend.

For example, EFERT’s X date is one week from today. From that day onwards, investors start buying this share, and until the X date, the price of this share increases significantly. This is the opportunity where we can take advantage of it.

Remember, you should start buying the share 10 days before the X date and that too in layers. For example, if the price of EFERT share is 211, at this level, you should invest 20% of your amount. If the price goes up, you will get at least 10% profit in just 10 days. If the price of the share goes down, you should invest the next 40% of your amount, and similarly, invest the last 40% amount.

This way, your buying average will decrease, and you will also get the chance to make a profit from the full amount. Even if the share price temporarily goes down, by the X date, it will rise significantly because investors will want to get the dividend in some way.

Therefore, this is an excellent strategy to earn more profit compared to just earning dividend profit. Also, your money will be involved for only 10-15 days, and you will get the opportunity to withdraw very soon. I hope you like this strategy.
