**GRASS-FED CHOCOLATE** is the latest trend in the world of sweet treats. For hundreds of years no one had ever thought to combine salad and chocolate, but it turns out to be a nice pairing, at least if you believe this ASEAN Hiver.
You're looking at an arugula/spinach mix with sunflower seeds and honey mustard dressing. There are various types of dressings and green mixes, but the main thing is you have to be willing eat your salad with chocolate, or chocolate with your salad.

Over in Hong Kong the **JUNGLE IS RECLAIMING SUBWAYS**, and if things don't change it will reach mainland Southeast Asia. Several new more aggressive species of vines and trees have proven to be nearly impossible to eradicate.
Herbicides, goats, fire, cutting, every attempt to solve this problem has failed. Perhaps nature has decided it's time to reclaim Earth, and maybe that's better for the non-human life forms on this planet. Perhaps start an equally aggressive panda and gorilla breeding program so something can eat the forest into equilibrium?

Japan has always known been known for having shyness and social issues, and some parts of this cultural quirk have become fashionable. **ANTI-SOCIAL DINING** is not something I expected to take off though.
At this establishment you have the entire restaurant to yourself when dining. Also you must dine alone, and needless to say this doesn't allow for many customers per day. The food is several hundred dollars per dish, so I guess that is a way to compensate for the low numbers.
