99 Ice Cream

Please let me introduce to you a very Irish delicatessen, and yes, it is ice cream! During the few days of sunshine we got, all of Dublin go to Dún Laoghaire, a seaside village, south to Dublin. And we all get the same stuff - a 99 which is an ice cream cone with a Cadbury Flake with some extras on top (marshmallows, chocolate powder, jelly beans, pick your favourite :)).
