This is my first time to participate in @juliank's daily photography, and since it's Friday, the general theme is #portraitphotography!
I checked my recent additions to my portfolio and I chose this photo of my friend (@ednamatopoeia) which I personally directed took.
I'm very much proud of what came out as it was able to bring out a wonderful composition (to my eyes). I'm no pro, and I didn't have any formal learning, but that won't stop me to take part in this hobby.
This shot is taken with a Canon DSLR body (I forgot the model) and its kit lens. I somehow improved the lighting using Lightroom.
