Hello, everyone, I have been quiet for a while due to so many challenges in life that I have had to overcome. But now I’m back to participate in this challenge and share mine. Every day our typical day, after a long day, our family looks forward to just one thing: our evening routine by the pool. As long as no rain, it's sure our evening is in the pool, since the kids are having fun playing with water and look so joyful looking at them. We also stop for a while since my son went to his leg operation he couldn’t swim and hard for me to bring them to the pool now that his cast is open we took the opportunity to enjoyed the pool like normally we do in daily evening, and now the weather is so hot its really summer so this is the time when we can finally relax, laugh, and simply enjoy each other’s company. Around 6:00 in the evening, everything in the house slowly starts to wind down. The kiddos are always excited. Even before we call them, they’re already in their room changing into their swimsuits, laughing and shouting, Let’s go, let’s go Sometimes they even remind us, “Mama, Daddy, it’s pool time!”

The kids waste time. They quickly jump into the pool with so much joy, like it’s the best place on earth. Their laughter echoes through the yard as they splash each other, do silly dives, and make up games only they understand. “I’m the shark, you’re the fish!” one of them would shout, and suddenly it becomes a full-blown adventure. The feeling, even when we are only at home, we feel like we are on holiday, we can forget some things that troubled us in the past few weeks, and we take this moment to make my son have fun and overcome all he going through of his operation and another 2 week he will undergo to operation again. I really wish that this all will go past by so fast and all will be done and everything will be ok for him.

Meanwhile, I sit for a moment in the deck chair before I go in the water, and I just sit by the poolside with my feet in the water, watching them with a smile on my face. During these moments when I feel ready to jump, they all splash me with the water, and no choice I have to jump into the water pool quickly, and we’re just there, together, enjoying the moments. Sometimes the kids ask us to join in their games, and even though we’re not as energetic, we do. We race them in the water, we try their diving tricks, and we laugh with them even when we’re losing. And that’s okay. Because what matters most is that we’re doing it together.

Neighbours passing by would sometimes wave at us and say things like, “You all look so happy!” And the truth is, we are. Not because we have a perfect life, but because we’ve chosen to make time for these simple moments. after all the problems in life, we can't show our kids that we are weak; we need to show them the example of how to handle any situation and how to enjoy life even after all the trials. As the sun sets and the sky turns orange and purple, the pool lights slowly start to glow. The kids are still playing, but we know it’s almost time to head in. We call them out of the water, wrap them in towels, and listen to them excitedly talk about what they’ll do next time. We walk back inside as we are all tired, soaked, but full of joy. The rest of the night is for dinner, warm showers, and a bit of quiet before bed. But the best part of our day has already happened. This typical daily routine is just a humble way to us, but it means everything. It’s where we bond, where we recharge, and where we create memories that our kids will hopefully carry with them forever. It’s a reminder that even in the middle of busy schedules and life’s challenges, we can always make time to laugh, to love, and to just be a family.
