Hello, all Beer lovers, today is Friday, while preparing our dinner at 6: pm my husband called on my handphone and asked me if I was ok to go out and have some beer, The sun was out, not too hot, just enough warmth to feel comfortable since whole day is hot weather and tomorrow is Saturday kids no school, I told him I give the kids dinner and we go for a beer, It was the kind of day that made me look forward to the little things like a cold beer. And not just any beer, but my absolute favorite Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc Rosé. There’s something about that beer it’s light, a little fruity, but not too sweet. Just perfect. After I give dinner to my kids I call the part-time maid to accompany the kids for 2-3 hours while waiting for the maid I get ready myself, I just change into a jumpsuit short but long-sleeve and I choose a brown sling bag just so simple outfit for the simple but memorable date with my husband.

This is what made my Friday even better was that I wasn’t drinking alone on my balcony. My favorite person was sitting right next to me, and that made all the difference. We’d been together since 2014 and every weekend felt like a little adventure, even if it was just hanging out at home with a beer in hand. I couldn’t imagine a better way to spend my time than with him. When the maid came I went down to the lobby of our condo waiting for me there in the car, when I got in the car he told me “So sexy and beautiful my wife” hahaha and I said thank you and I blushed a bit ayyyeeeeee….. Then he asked me where I wanted to go and I told him we go to our favorite restaurant The Brew House since have brunch nearby our house just a 10-minute drive. When we got to the place we chose our table and set and the waiter came to take our order he ordered a 1664 blanc original flavor and he ordered me a 1664 blanc rose flavor we also ordered our favorite chicken wing balanchang and before I took a photo we already finish it while busy munching hehe…
While waiting for the beer order as usual he got the call for a while, our drinks come with a chill glass I felt so thirsty, I couldn’t wait to have my sip. I took my first sip, and immediately, I was reminded why I loved this beer so much. It was light, and crisp, with a little sweet. “Wow, this is really good,” I think this one of a savored beer. “No doubt about it.” We spent a few hours we didn’t realize, just enjoying each other’s company, sipping on our drinks, talking about everything and nothing all at once. It wasn’t about the beer, really it was about sharing those small, quiet moments with someone who gets you. Sometimes we’d fall into easy conversation, other times we’d just sit in comfortable silence, listening to the world around us. The night felt effortless, and nothing less and lost for the couple who have the same vibes and always make up with each other. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of this. Just us, this beer, and no agenda. It’s perfect.
Even though life is hard if we just fight alone it will be harder, but when with someone who is willing to protect and guide you as a wife nothing sweeter than anything in this world. We didn’t need anything else. Sitting together, sharing a drink we both liked, made me feel like I had everything I needed right here. We spent the night full of chatting, laughing, and savoring the last drops of our drinks. The night is amazing night full of joy with humble heart. Suddenly he asked! “Do you remember the first time we had a drink together?” and I smiled, thinking for a moment. “Yeah, I do. We were at that Alexis restaurant down the street where I was staying before in Bangsar, and that was our first date. As the night settled in and we finished our drinks, we needed to go home sure the kids were sleeping now just the maid watching tv I’m sure, and after I finished 5 glasses of beer I felt a deep sense of gratitude. This, right here, was perfect. A cold beer, the perfect person for me, and a wonderful to just be. These simple moments made life feel so good. As we sat there together, I realized: this was my perfect quality time.
