*I made the right decision? What decision? My decision to take a break from drinking coffee for a while.*
I think I managed to practice controlling my coffee drinking. I really set a caffeine drink that I don't drink after 3 pm, and this really has an impact on the quality of my sleep which is good.
It's not just about health, but trying to take a break from drinking coffee will make my taste buds more sensitive to coffee.
Well, you could say, I miss coffee. And that's a good feeling. When we miss something, it will be something valuable, right? We will appreciate something more if we miss it.
Finally, this is the right time to drink coffee again. I have been consuming herbal drinks like ginger tea or turmeric tea for a while. So, I have to buy coffee powder. That's the first thing I do, it must be.
So, I bought a small pack of coffee powder. Coffee powder without sugar. Black coffee is the simplest but also the most delicious.
I don't know, right now for me the latte doesn't feel so good on my tongue. Maybe because some lattes are served with unbalanced sugar so it actually interferes with the taste of the coffee. While black coffee, it feels light when it passes through the throat and there is a unique aftertaste that is different for each type of coffee bean.
I brewed a teaspoon of coffee powder with 150 ml of boiling water. Oh, that's right. I feel like I've found my lost spirit again. Like a lover I really miss!

The scent, like your nose hasn't smelled flowers for a long time and your nose becomes so sensitive to smelling it. Just imagine.

Then, while waiting for the coffee to cool down a bit so I can take a sip, I prepared some wheat biscuits on a serving plate.
Then, I also have a new book that I'm going to read today, after I finished my other reading book yesterday. I bought this book at a discounted price of half the price of the new price because this book is an old print, so the publisher always gives discounts for old print books. This book was printed in 2021.

This book is about a silver salmon who is not afraid of change, and it teaches readers not to be afraid to face new things if they want to achieve success. I hope I can finish reading this book soon so I can take wisdom from this book. Also, I will read other books that I have bought a long time ago but have not had the chance to read.
I brought a coffee tray on the edge of the bedroom window where my view has access to my garden. This afternoon it felt very hot so I didn't even go out at all and it was nice to have time to drink coffee while looking at the results of my work in my garden.

Indeed, it was only black coffee but this felt really the most delicious to me. It can't be expressed in words, but it affected my overall taste. Have you had coffee today?
