My one big problem with Kung Fu Panda is just my general distaste for the trope of characters becoming really good at something really fast. Which is hardly a unique flaw of that film. It's just grating when it's set against the Five talking about how many years they spent training. And the fact that they specifically have a ticking clock in the film so that Po has to get good really fast. I feel like if all the montages of his training just had a less specific time frame it would bother me less. But then you lose some dramatic tension without that ticking clock so idfk.
