I'm as free as can be,
Except for the cages
constraining me!
The laws of nature?
The First of five.
They are the laws
under which I thrive!
The laws of man?
It's number four.
The laws which steal
my rights, for sure!
The laws of the Gods,
whether real, or not,
I can't seem to rid
myself of the lot!
The rules of society,
into which I was born,
punishes attempts to
escape with scorn!
Then there's those limits,
the cage of my choosing.
I just can't seem to win,
for losing!
Free! Free!

within those cages
that are built around me!
