The Rippaverse Comics Very Big Week:
The Mighty Golden Patriot Campaign, from YouTuber Yellow Flash, launched on RippaSend - a fulfillment and order service from the Rippaverse. From the campaign copy Yellow Flash describes the book as:
The long-awaited thrilling adventure of The Mighty Golden Patriot, a gripping WWII supernatural saga that blends historical drama, action, and heroism. Discover the incredible story of Jack Rogers, an American pilot whose fate is forever changed when a mysterious relic transforms him into the powerful Golden Patriot. This epic tale unfolds against the backdrop of a world at war, exploring themes of courage, sacrifice, and the relentless fight against evil. Jack Rogers must confront the sinister Shadow Reich, an elite Nazi division led by the formidable Lord Blitzkrieg, whose obsession with occult relics threatens the course of history
"
The Mighty Golden Patriot is off to a strong start with 1,149 books sold on the first day of launch raising $34,481 in sales. The Campaign will run through July 26, 2025 and fulfillment is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2025.

RIPPAVERSE ANNUAL BOOK SALES

The Rippaverse moved to a faster publication cycle in 2025, and is moving books nonstop. As of April 25, 2025 the Rippaverse has already sold more books YTD, than in any previous year. If the Rippaverse can sustain their quality and reliable delivery, the company will likely exceed 100,000+ books shipped in 2025 just from Collection Campaigns. In recent statements from Rippaverse Comics founder Eric July, day to day orders outside of Campaigns have increased remarkably over 2024.

The strongest selling book in 2025 is Yaira #2 by the Soska Sisters, but ISOM #3 is poised to overtake it within the next week. A campaign for Yaira #3 launched at the beginning of the week and has already sold over 3,000 books.

Ethan Van Sciver's Comicsgate

Comicsgate crowdfunding was slow over the past week, without the launch of a significant campaign. The total funding across all Comicsgate Crowdfunding campaigns was ~ $6,708, bringing the year to date total to $515,030. For comparison the pre-order campaign from Eric July's ISOM #3 has raised - $576,640. Late and unfulfilled books, continue to plague and likely slow the momentum of Comicsgate campaigns. The past week funding for Van Sciver's "Reignbow the Brute" was negative, indicating chargebacks or refunds occured during the week.

Kamen America Alpha Campaign:

The campaign for Kamen America Alpha on Kickstarter has raised $115,058 from 1,851 backers.
The Kamen America team is somewhat of an anomaly with respect to crowdfunding - the books are typically 99% complete at campaign launch, and they use almost entirely no Youtube or streaming to promote their campaigns.
The Kamen America series has generated a loyal following, and the readers show up campaign after campaign. The work itself is its own promotion.
