Beef soup
recipe material
• 300 grams of Sengkel meat, cut into cubes
• 3 liters of water
• 2 potatoes, cut into cubes
• 200 grams of carrots, cut into rounds
• 100 grams of sweet peas
• 50 grams of peas
• 10 green beans, cut into 3 cm pieces Seasonings
• 5 cloves of garlic, fried, crushed
• 2 celery stalks, tie
• 2 tablespoons of salt
• 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
• 1 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 spring onions, sliced roughly
How to make beef soup

Add the carrots, potatoes and green beans. Cook the vegetables until they're tender enough. Add peas, mix well. Add the peas. Stir well.
Season the soup with pepper, sugar, salt and nutmeg. Stir well, cook until all ingredients are cooked. Taste correction. When it fits, add the green onion. Stir again. Lift. Pour the soup into a serving bowl. You can enjoy this clear beef soup with warm rice and additional crackers or chips.
